Ngāti Awa Social Service Trust was formally re-named Ngāti Awa Social and Health Services. The name Te Tohu o Te Ora o Ngāti Awa was given to the organisation by Te Wharekaihua Coates and Rangireremoana Wetini but not used at that time.
